Hello everyone...Interior & painting work of new building on what portion service tax liability will be applicable...on 40% or on 70%...please suggest me...

On all original works service tax is payable on 40% of the total amount charged for works contract whereas for all other works including completion and finishing services service tax is payable on 70%.
