Service tax on out of pocket expenses

Kindly enlighten the latest position on service tax leviability on out of pocket expenses charged in a seperate bill by the assessee(service provider) engaged in consultancy business.

09 August 2013 Service tax is NOT chargeable on REIMBURSEMENT of ACTUAL out-of pocket expenses.

Only the actual expenses should be reimbursed (no notional & no excess).

Reimbursement bill is to be supported by actual proof of expense (bill/invoice).
