is service tax applicable to the gardening,maintenance work done for the non commercial government work ???? if yes , then how?? are there any exemptions to contractors for this service tax??? suggest us that whether working for gardening and horticultural work comes under movable or immovable property???

The only possible entry is maintenacen of IP. However growing of plants/ flowers whether in this catgeory is doubtful. Seek clarification. It does not seem tomake a differecne as far as govt or non govt client is concerned.
