I am a Civil Contractor and i engagged in supply of labour for construction of house and banglow only in individual capacity. my querry is that i am liable to service tax or not

07 November 2012 If you are proving value of taxable services for more than 9 lakhs you should get registration . After 10 lakhs you should collect and pay service tax.
