PLEASE TELL ME THE PROVISION OF SERVICE TAX, WHEN ONE BRANCH RAISE A JOB WORK CHARGES BILL TO ANOTHER BRANCH
PLEASE TELL ME THE PROVISION OF SERVICE TAX, WHEN ONE BRANCH RAISE A JOB WORK CHARGES BILL TO ANOTHER BRANCH

One can not provide service to oneself and thus there could not be a cause for any service tax liability; Where is the necessity to rase a BILL for inter branch accounting when it could be done through a simple Inter Branch Memo / voucher !
