31 July 2012 Sir, One of my client is a GDC&A i.e. an auditor registered under State Act. Whether service tax is leviable on audit fees charged by him upto 31-03-2012?

31 July 2012 service tax is not exempted unless you have exemption notification issued in favor of yourself.
