24 May 2013 Is school running under registered society / trust liable to pay service tax on freight paid for the transportation of the material(stones)for the building of school under reverse charge mechanism

14 July 2013 This question has already been replied anyhow once agin your school will have to pay Service Tax for input and you can adjust it against the Service Tax collected on the fees from the students.
