14 April 2010 one of my client is a manufacturing and export unit. It incured exhibitions and advertisement expenditure in foreign countries. So that company required to pay service tax on ??? plz reply

17 April 2010 In my opinion services recived and consumed outside India are not liable to ST under reverse charge .
