Service tax on director remuneration

the company is giving RS. 100000 PM remuneration to part time director and the company is also deducting 10% TDS u/s 194j
my Query is. on which amount 100% ST will be payable under RCM by company whether on 100000 or on 90000 (after deducting TDS)
