sir, is the service tax paid on commission of agents will be allowed as credit? i give my agent commission and he charges service tax on it. can i take credit of this service tax paid in my return? please explain.

As the full facts have not been put forth, so the general concept should bear in mind that if commission has been paid on such service which is used in relation to providing output service, then credit is admissible only.
