Please advice how advertising agencies will raise their invoices to their clients who provide services to their clients for display and charges commmission thereon also

In most of the cases advertisement service is not subject to service tax. Ad agencies charge service tax on their commission and also, on the advertisemnt service if it was originally charged by the service provider.
