pl let me know that, if a company pay commssion on financial service & deduct tds.
Payee has to deposit a service tax on net received amount or gross amount ( including TDS)

Service Tax is chargeable on gross amount as the amount billed is the gross amount.

TDS is constructive payment. Service tax has to be discharged on gross payment(including TDS)
