17 July 2008 pl let me know that, if a company pay commssion on financial service & deduct tds.
Payee has to deposit a service tax on net received amount or gross amount ( including TDS)

17 July 2008 Service Tax is chargeable on gross amount as the amount billed is the gross amount.
