Dear Sir We are registered assessee with service tax and charged service tax from our customers against service rendered by us.. We are also service receiver (Goods Transport Service) and deposited service tax on Transport Service @ 25% Taxable Service. Whether we claim, Tax deposited on Transport Service as input against our output.

Yes sir, You can take the input credit, but condition is why transpot charges are paid. Please sednd the details, in that case answer may be changed, because there are no. of case laws against this issue.
