01 May 2012 Acc. to this heading of Rule 6 of STR'94,if municipal tax is paid in subsequent mnth. so, how can be the adjustment for earlier mnth. allowed in the mnth. in which payment has been made......and also according to house property MT is paid only once a year to the govt.
