Can a manufacturing unit raise a single invoice for units sold and service provided on other goods to one party? My question is can we raise service tax and excise in single invoice to a party? Please advise at the earliest.

Invoice for service tax and excise is governed by two separate laws.....therefore separate invoice should be raised for service tax and excise
