Can we take the service tax credit on GTA after 1 year due to non-filed of service tax claim on GTA within 6 month,

03 June 2010 If eligible ( used for provding the service or for business)then there is no bar on the availment of delayed credit.
Some dispute on outward freight exists as on date.
