A partnership firm export iron ore. This firm incurred a massive expenses in respect of hire charges of vehicle for travelling. Can firm take credit of sevice tax paid in respect of vehicle hire charge.

Is it a taxable service provider - example mining services. if so they shouldbe clearly eigible upto April 2011. After that you have toconfirm with the cenvat credit rules.
