12 June 2011 A Transporter charged GTA ( after abatement)in his bii, can we take credit for the same? Whether we again liable to pay GTA on the same bill?

12 June 2011 Service tax paid by transporter and you are paying same to transporter. so you can take Service Tax cenvat credit.
