Dear Sirs Our comoany is making a five star hotel and now it is in project stage. My quest is can we take cenvat credit on excise and service tax to be set off against the service tax payable after hotel is ready for renting.(because hotel industries is now liable for service tax)
Pls answer me with suitable answer and supporting.
