I m Alpesh shah wroking with the MNC Company as a Sr. Account Executive. My query is should i take the credit, when any bills produce the branch towards service received at their location.They don't take any serive tax credit all accouting done at HO Leval.Further Bill came in Branch name.

The cenvet credit may be availed for service tax paid on services received only against the service tax payable on services being rendered from the same premises.
