20 December 2010 I am running a manufacturing company and paying service tax on electricity bill and on telephone bill as well as mobile bill. whether i am eligible for credit of service paid on such payment for set off my excise payment liability

24 December 2010 Yes, you cant take credit on telephone bills. There is no service tax on electricity bill.
