29 September 2010 During the course of audit the the authorities denied service tax credit taken on construction/rrepair/renovation activities of factory shed building etc.etc. I want to know whether they are correct and we have to reverse the same. please advise.

29 September 2010 PLZ. mention the details of output service. If output service is not directly related to total exp of repiars. You can't take total input credit. Some time where credit amount is very less it is better to avoid the credit, Bcoz. lot of information , documents and accounting is required in this regard.
