If we registered under Excise but not registered under service tax, So, please advise can we take Service tax(received on profession service) credit in central excise.

Yes - Excise Payers can take CENVAT Input Credit on services to pay Central Excise.

Registration for Service Tax is not necessary. Credit of Input Services can be taken if the same is utilized to provide taxable output service or taxable product. In that case, even though not registered to service tax, the Input credit can be availed.
