26 June 2012 Can we get input service tax credit if we receive bills of Rent on Cab and hotels where abatement rate charged..???

26 June 2012 IF HOTEL CHARGED THE SERVICE TAX UNDER ABATEMENT RATE THEN HOTEL CAN NOT CLAIM THE SERVICE TAX INPUT.
