one service provided = 30 lacs, paid service tax @15%
another service of renting of immovable property = 4 Lacs, - is service tax liable ???

16 October 2016 Yes, such services shall be liable to service tax. SSI exemption is computed after adding all the taxable services provided by the asessee.
