One of our client is providing the services SEO, Online Marketing, Website Designing outside India by issuing the Bill in USD/EURO/AUSD. Friends, Pl confirm the same that whether he shall apply service tax in his bill or exempted bcuz whole transaction is o/s India & Money is receipt through PAYPAL mediator. As per the place of provision rules, if the services are provided to the non-taxable territory, service tax will not apply. In this case, it is done in overseas and amount received in foreign exchange.
