Service tax applicability for self help group and tds?

28 April 2012 Hi,

One self help group is doing House Keeping Works for my client company and raise the invoices every month. if their invoice value cross Rs 10 Lakhs in this year, whether Service tax is applicable to SHG? If yes, in which head they have to get Registration Certificate? Whether TDS is applicable? If yes under which section?

Kindly clarify this issue
