one of my tenant was dwelling in my property from last 6 years. but no service tax was applicable as the rent was below 10 lacs. However now one more tenant has came due to which the total rental has become above 10 lacs.
so when I asked the old tenant to pay service tax from now onwards, he asked me the proof of applicability of it.
please tell me what can I do to prove him that my total rent is above 10 lacs
