ASSESSEE IS A CONTRACTOR FOR MAKING ALUMINIUM SLIDING WINDOWS FOR RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS. IT involves both goods and labour ...wheather service tax should be charged on gross bill or only on labour charges if bifurcated bill is produced,...also plz guide if any abatement can be availed.Also if there is any impact of vat also plz guide.
