22 April 2013 Can you please clarify what do you mean by Administrative Charges?

"Service means any activity carried out by a person for another for consideration."

22 April 2013 Do you mean these are in the nature of reimbursements? If it is in the nature of Reimbursements then Service Tax is not chargesble
