09 January 2013 if service provider is of delhi and services is provided in j & k,whether service tax is applicable?if,yes then who is liable for payment of service tax.

10 January 2013 If service is provided in J&K, Service Tax will not be applicable as Service Tax does not extend to the state of Jammu & Kashmir.
