Service Tax and Tds appalicable on payment made outside Indi

Our company is paying Agent Fees,to two clients in Malaysia and Philipines. Are we supposed to Deduct Service Tax as well as Tds from the payments we make to them.

If service tax is applicable on the services provided by clients. than libility to pay service tax in on you. if the foreign entity has not any business place in India and not have any agent in India

TDS & Service tax is different aspect. TDs is made even for contracts. SErvice tax is only for services
