22 April 2012 dear sir i am apearig in pcc may 2012 and my question is that whether we will be asked for point of taxation only or we have to prepare for previous method also in service tax

22 April 2012 You must know about the type os services which are covered under ST and how it is levied what is the exemption limit and when the tax due is to be paid for each category of services what is the due date for filing of return and how set off can be taken. Any amendment within 6 months of your examination shall also not be applicable to you
