We are pvt ltd co getting security and manpower service.

service provider is charging 12.36%,

he said 25-75 is appicable only to proprietorship to proprietorship/partnership

pls advice

27 November 2012 If the Service provider is a company then it will charge full 12.36% service tax and you need not pay under reverse charge
