if we are service provider and we come under reverse charge and we bill without service tax charging with the notification of reverse charges to client and client says, they don't want to take registration in service tax department and they don't want to deposit the service tax from their end. so what should we to do in the case.
can we deposit the tax on behalf of our client.....is it correct.....??????

sir, but client is saying that he never cross 9 laks and not taking more services only first time we have billed him for 50000 only under reverse charge so why should I take registration in ST .............
