Service receive from gta and provide to other customer

16 May 2013 dear sir

suppose A receive some services from GTA let say of rs. 1000/- ,
now he will pay service tax on 25% under RCM

but
when he will raise invoice to his client let say of rs. 3000/-

on which amount he will charge service tax

16 May 2013 depending on what service A providing to his client.

language of your query is not clear.

in normal case he(A) will charge service tax on whole 100% value, but for many services different treatment is prescribed so u mention his output service.

17 May 2013 vikas ji,

suppose

GTA raise invoice to A for transportation of rs. 1000/-

and A raised invoice to B for transportation charges of rs. 3000/-

now here point is

1) A will pay service tax of rs. 30.90/- on rs. ( 1000/- )after taking abatement as a service receiver OK ?

but

2) when he will raise invoice of rs. 3000/- to B as transportation charges after keeping some margin
what will be the service tax amount ?
means on which amount he will charge ST

here you mentioned that
for f.y 13-14 large tax payer

so my query is large tax payer means who pay service tax in cash more than 5 crore

so here large tax payer means what (please guide me )

17 May 2013 here by large tax payer i mean a person whose service value is more than 50 lacs in previous year to the current financial year.
