As per ur query, u are providing service only. Hope there is no goods involved in it. On Service no CST or MVAT applicable.If goods are involved than it may become a works contract. For Taxation of Works contract the rate of Tax under CST is 2% aganist Form C and other wise local rate under MVAT Act.
