18 November 2009 dear experts, Is there any way to sell the shares without pan card which transferred from mother(no more) to daughter(NRI). please advice.

18 November 2009 if your shares in d-mat account you have only one option to sell through off market and later they will sell it in on-line market. (if quantum of amount involved is not heavy)
