When you received the invoice that time you have to pay service tax on reverse charge mechanism.

For security service bill, if you fall under company formed or registered under the Companies Act, 1956 then only reverse charge applies. As a service recipient i.e., partnership firm, there will not be any liability for you. The security agent will have to collect fully and to pay to the Govt and is eligible for set-off/cenvat credit..
