Filling of Return Us. 44 AD for Consultancy Fees received
Consultancy fee is received and TDS deducted Us. 194 J @ 10. Can return of income be filed Us 44AD declaring Net Profit @ 8 without maintaining books of accounts, thereby claiming refund ?
