AS PER BUDGET PRESENTED IN JULY 2014 sub-section (2) shall be substituted for the existing sub-section (2) of section 44AE by the Finance (No. 2) Act, 2014
For the purpose of sub-section (1), the profits and gains from each goods carriage shall be an amount equal to seven thousand five hundred rupees.
FROM WHICH F.Y IT WILL BE EFFECTIVE ?
1.F.Y 2014-15 (A.Y 2015-16)
OR
2.F.Y 2015-16 (A.Y 2016-17)
