One of my client having turnover of Rs.40.00 Lacs & showing the net profit of Rs.1.50 Lacs for the A.Y.2011-12.Prop. having no any other income. In this case assessee require the audit u\s 44AD or not.
If assessee has get done the audit then TDS provision applicable or not.
This type of audit was calculated in the specified limit of 45 or not.
which date was last date for filing the income tax return.
