20 August 2013 Can Anyone help me that how to get a certificate to obtain deduction under section 35AC Regarding animal husbandry.

we have an client, having registered as trust, his main object to preserve the cow from butchler, now he has 18000 cow and he has tonnes of dung, by using that dung he research to produce electricity and LPG type Gas.

To Obtain an exempted profit from that activity he wants to obtain licence under section 35AC.
Please Guide me the procedure to obtain certificate for eligible to obtain deduction under section 35AC
