21 June 2012 I want to know that what is the basis difference between Annual E-filing of Section 25 Company and private or public company, whether we have to follow the same procedure as we follow in case of private or public company like, filing of Form-23AC,23ACA,20B & 66 or their is any difference that we have to taken care of.

21 June 2012 There is no difference between annual e-filing of Section 25 companies and private or public company.

Section 159/160 - Filing of Annual Return
Section 220- Filing of Annual Financial Statement

are applicable to every company including Section 25 companies
