Reimbursement of expenses towards conference attended by employee of the company in USA.
Is TDS applicable in this case???

As in the present case, even if the money was paid directly by the Indian company, there would not have been any tax liability, hence there is no requirement of TDS .
The general comment that there should be no TDS on reimbursement of expenses is not correct.
