10 July 2012 Whether TDS is deductible on Advertisement made to non resident and at what rate?

10 July 2012 I beleive no TDS should be deducted in the case of advertisement.

10 July 2012 Thanks..Can u Expln me the reason? And suppose if the benefit of that advt.is partly belongs to india then what will be the treatment??
