WHETHER ASSESSEE PURCHASING HOUSE IN THE NAME OF HIMSELF AND HIS WIFE THEN WHETHER HE WILL GET DEDUCTION OF INTEREST ON HSG LOAN OF RS 150000 IN BOTH CASE i.e. HUSBAND AND WIFE (i.e.TOTAL DEDUCTION OF RS.300000) OR ONLY ONE OF THEM WILL GET THE EDUCTION OF RS.150000

BOTH WILL GET DEDUCTION OF RS. 150000/- EACH BEING JOINT OWNER OF THE PROPERTY. IT IS ASSUMEED THAT BOTH HAVE MADE PAYMENT FOR THE PURCHASE OF PROPERTY
