co. has filed annula return+annual account for 2011,2012,2013,in the month of march 2014.weather
its directors disqulifed if so what/ whichi director will be removed as there are 3 Dir all appointed during incorpration

11 January 2015 date of incorporation of the company?

whether this filing is done under CLSS?
however if the company has duly filed all its previous years annual returns then directors are not disqualified
