my client is importing goods from china more tha 90%of the vale from sigle party does it comes in to arms legth price ,what compliance should i fulfil

The same transaction shall be called international transaction and the two parties shall be called associated enterprises and the TP report in form 3CEB is mandatory to be filed before 30th September every year. Also if the value of transactions i.e. import is more than Rs.1 crore then detailed documentation is also required to be maintained.
