20 April 2010 we have formed a charitable trust.. what are the implications of collecting donations in foreign currency.. what formalities are to be complied with .. can anyone throw some light please.

15 January 2012 Any Indian Trust can't collect donations from outside India before it has got approval under Foreign Contribution regulation Act,2010.
